My work spans interim HR leadership, GTM restructuring, and executive coaching - across start-ups, PE-backed scale-ups, and international corporations from Tokyo to San Francisco. What stays constant is the approach: direct, practical, and focused on outcomes that last.

I am based in Berlin, work across Germany and internationally, and believe that the right people strategy is always a business strategy.
